The upcoming L’Atelier Residences in Miami Beach recently celebrated its launch of sales with a banquet at the new French restaurant Bagatelle.
The party was hosted by L’Atelier’s developers: SMG Management, the Disney family’s Shamrock Holdings and the W Capital Group. More than 80 people attended, including Meir Srebernik, founder of SMG Management, Yair Wolff, founder of W Capital Group, along with Eloy Carmenate and Anna Sherrill of the L’Atelier sales team. Mayi de la Vega, founder of the project’s exclusive marketing firm ONE Sotheby’s International, and Harvey Daniels, the firm’s vice president of development sales, were also in attendance.
A sales gallery was erected in the restaurant, including renderings of the project and presentations by the developers.
When finished, the all-glass 18-story tower will house 20 units. Sizes range from half-floor units with 2,300 square feet to full-floor units with 4,600 square feet. Prices range from $4.3 million to $11 million, with the two 8,000-square-foot penthouses going for $25 million.
