The Related Group and Terra Group hosted a second roundtable discussion in Coconut Grove recently.
The design-centered event included landscape architects, Raymond Jungles, Enzo Enea and George Puig. The panelists discussed natural features of historical preservation and how they create large outdoor spaces with appropriate landscaping. FIU professor of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Roberto Rovira moderated the discussion.
Terra’s David and Pedro Martin, and Related’s Carlos Rosso and Patrick Campbell attended the event, officially named “Regroving the Grove: Park Grove Hosts Talks in Retail and Landscape.”
Related and Terra are developing Park Grove, at 2701 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove. Designed by Rem Koolhaas, the project will include two 20-story, 72-unit condo towers and a third 20-story building with 140 units. Prices in the 72-unit towers range from $2.1 million to $4.6 million, not including penthouses. Terra and Related hope to start building in April. — Katherine Kallergis
