ONE Sotheby’s tapped as exclusive brokerage for the Gale Fort Lauderdale

$120M project will include 128 condos and 96 hotel rooms

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty was tapped as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the Newgard Development Group’s Gale hotel and condos in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The $120 million project, expected to break ground this summer, is scheduled to open in early 2017 and will be located at 2900 Riomar Street and 410 Bayshore Drive.

Menin Hospitality will manage the 96-room hotel component of the project. The residential portion will include 128 condos with up to three bedrooms. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, private lobby, gym and spa, 24-hour valet parking and resort-style pools.

Units range from $399,000 to more than $1.2 million, according to a press release.

“We are delighted with the addition of Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences to our condo development division portfolio,” Daniel de la Vega said in a statement. “The Gale will afford residents a luxury lifestyle and will elevate beachfront living in Fort Lauderdale.” — Katherine Kallergis
