Invesca Development Group’s Pompano Beach project launched its sales center, developers announced Wednesday.
Koi Residences & Marina will include 350 residences — 46 waterfront villas, 98 lofts and 206 condos — with a 26-slip marina and resort-style amenities. The 9-acre development is among the largest in Broward.
Phase one, the three and four-story villas, will be completed this summer, according to a press release. Koi amenities include a gym, spa, clubhouse, infinity pool, dog park, fitness trails, retail and restaurants and a marina.
Invesca Group Realty is the sales and marketing firm.
“Koi is also home to one of the largest and last remaining mangrove preservations in South Florida. Rather than destroying the land that such wildlife as manatees and tropical birds call home, we have designed it to preserve and showcase their natural beauty,” Christopher Longworth, Invesca CEO and founder, said in a statement. — Katherine Kallergis
