ONE Sotheby’s International Realty promoted Beatriz “BJ” Martinez-Prillaman to managing broker of Broward County. Martinez-Prillaman will oversee the firm’s daily market operations in Broward and focus on enhancing agent training and client services. Her previous experience includes owning and managing a brokerage firm for nine years.

South Florida-based Menin Hospitality hired Tim Nardi as its vice president of hotel operations. He will be responsible for leading the operating performance and growth of the company’s hotel portfolio, which includes Bentley South Beach, Gale South Beach, Kaskades Suites at Gale, Sanctuary South Beach and Raffaello Chicago. Nardi was previously managing director at Starwood Capital Group’s 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach and general manager of Shore Club South Beach.

Menin also hired Joseph Natale as its vice president of food and beverage. Natale will lead operations and growth of Menin Hospitality’s nightlife and restaurant portfolio, which includes Drumbar Chicago, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, Pizza Bar South Beach, and Radio Bar South Beach with Red Ginger, BakeHouse and Pizza Bar West Avenue. Natale was previously with Shore Club South Beach.

Local furniture company Addison House hired Shirley Budge as its director of business development. Budge will work with developers in her new role. Addison House, which has showrooms in Doral and Aventura, is developing design packages for the Crimson in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. — Katherine Kallergis
