Construction of the massive Brickell City Centre development is well underway, with its condo towers Rise and Reach topping off this year and the skeleton of its $30 million “Climate Ribbon” already in place. Aerial photography company N25 flew a drone over the project and captured some incredible views of the construction progress.
The seven-acre, $1.3 billion Brickell City Centre will have 5.4 million square feet of mixed-use space, with a 500,000 square-foot shopping center anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue; two condo towers with 780 units; an EAST Miami hotel with 263 rooms; EAST Residences, with 89 luxury corporate rentals; and two office buildings, with 260,000 square feet of office space.
Construction began in June 2012, and the project is now more than 80 percent complete.
