Miramar Park of Commerce signs 56K sf of new leases

South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed business park signed three new tenants: a Broward-based nutritional products company, a commercial door company, and administrative space for the Hospital Corporation of America.

EXN Nutrition leased 29,345 square feet of space at 10431 North Commerce Parkway for distribution of its vitamins and sports nutrition products, according to a press release. Michael Waite of The Easton Group represented the tenant.

New Door Distribution leased 19,676 square feet of space at 2705 North Commerce Parkway. The company will use the office and warehouse space for the modification and distribution of commercial doors and hardware. Matthew Jones of Levy Realty represented the tenant.

ASD Shared Services, a division of HCA, leased 7,893 square feet at 2824 Corporate Way. John Vincent of Florida Medical Space represented the tenant, which will use the offices to support outpatient surgical centers.

Ryan Goggins of Sunbeam Properties and Carlos Velasquez of Vivo Real Estate Group represented the park in all three leases.

In March, Miramar Park of Commerce announced that it had renewed 400,000 square feet of leases. The complex was built in 1984 and has more than five million square feet of office and industrial space. Tenants include GE, Siemens, American Express and Neiman Marcus. — Katherine Kallergis
