Renovations to Dadeland Mall’s Coach and Steve Madden stores are wrapping up, Simon announced on Wednesday.

Kay Jewelers has opened its new 1,910-square-foot store at Dadeland, which opened its 30,000-square-foot terrace dining wing last year, according to a press release. Brazilian-based Melissa Shoes is opening a 1,203-square-foot store across from The Cheesecake Factory in June. Steve Madden will debut its renovated 2,698-square-foot store on Friday, according to a press release.

Coach, part of the mall’s center court renovation, will also be opening in June at a 3,800-square-foot space.

Dadeland Mall, at 7535 North Kendall Drive, spans 71.2 acres and 1.4 million square feet of leasable space, according to the mall’s website. Simon Property Group owns 50 percent of the mall, which is anchored by Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, J.C. Penney and Nordstrom. Tenants of the new terrace dining wing include Balans, Bobby’s Burger Palace and Earls Kitchen + Bar. — Katherine Kallergis
