Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4 million to $67 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a home in Broward was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 Auto magnate Alan Potamkin listed his massive Coral Gables estate at 1 Casuarina Concourse on Thursday for a considerable $67 million. The 20,862-square-foot mansion sits on a 3.6-acre lot that juts into Biscayne Bay. It is being listed by Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of The Jills. Miami-Dade property records show auto magnate Alan Potamkin as the owner. He bought the property in 1987 for $2 million and began constructing the mansion.

#2 A penthouse at the Four Seasons Residences, at 1425 Brickell Avenue, was listed for $27.6 million. The six-bedroom, seven-bathrooom unit has 9,421 square feet. The listing agent is Rebeca Tinoco of KD Prime Properties International.

#3 Dora Puig, of Fisher Island Real Estate, is the listing agent for penthouse No. 3 at 7003 Fisher Island Drive. The 6,644-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, waterfront views and a rooftop pool. It’s on the market for $27.2 million.

Palm Beach

#1 The estate at 840 South Ocean Boulevard in Lantana is back on the market after it was most recently listed a month ago, this time asking $27.5 million — $2.5 million more than in April. Dubbed “Nirvana,” the 16,087-square-foot oceanfront mansion has six bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and three half baths. Its plethora of entertainment rooms include a theatre, a dance club, a spa with a massage room, a library and a meditation room.
