Hires at CBC Alliance, UM School of Architecture and Turnberry Associates

Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance Miami, an independently owned and operated commercial real estate services company within the CBC Global network, hired Lee A. Wheeler as a managing director.

Wheeler was previously with Stiles Realty and Codina Group,where he focused on land and investment sales, and where he represented major institutional owners including Equitable Life, General Electric, the St. Joe Company, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association and the MacArthur Foundation.

Josemaria de Churtichaga joined the faculty of the University of Miami School of Architecture. De Churtichaga will take over leadership of the Master of Architecture program at UMSoA. He was previously associate dean and director of undergraduate studies at IE School of Architecture in Madrid.

Turnberry Associates brought on Nikol Solares as the new director of sales for Turnberry Ocean Club. Solares brings more than 17 years of experience with new construction development, development and implementation of sales, marketing strategy, timelines, and budgets.
