The developers of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach recently held a private party to unveil their sales lounge for the upcoming project.
A private assembly of real estate professionals enjoyed Dom Pérignon and a live performance by jazz artist Raul Di Blasio, all while browsing the gallery’s displays and scale model of the oceanfront 52-story condo tower.
The residences, at 15701 Collins Avenue, will house 212 units when completed in 2018. Prices range from $2 million to $5.2 million, and penthouses will go for upwards of $25 million. Amenities include a private club on the 33rd floor, private beach access on the ground level and a waterside restaurant.
The project is being developed by the Fortune International Group and the Chateau Group, which are also involved in a joint venture to re-position the condo-hotel at 18801 Collins Avenue. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
