PHOTOS: On the scene at Brickell City Centre’s East Hotel

Swire Properties hosted a cocktail party on the rooftop of East Hotel’s showroom to celebrate the master-planned development’s two condo towers: Rise and Reach.

Nearly 200 brokers and industry insiders gathered at the event, according to a press release. Rise topped off in January and recently launched sales. Reach, which topped off in March, is more than 80 percent presold.

Both towers are 43 stories and will have 390 units, each. Amenities will include a half-acre amenity deck with heated pools, a poolside cafe, spa, gym and library. Prices for Rise and Reach range from from $595,000 to $2.7 million, excluding penthouses.

When completed, the $1.05 billion, 5.4 million square-foot Brickell City Centre will include a retail, hotel and office component. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
