Related sells the Manor at Flagler Village for $148.9M

The Miami-based Related Group sold the Manor at Flagler Village, a 382-unit apartment and mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday, according to Broward County records.

An affiliate of Related sold the 5.26-acre complex at 501-575 North Federal Highway for $148.88 million to T-C The Manor at Flagler Village, an LLC tied to the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, a college retirement equities fund.

The apartments were completed in 2014, according to Broward property records. Related paid $13 million for the site in December 2011.

Amenities include a pool, hot tub, club room and dog park. The apartments feature Moen kitchen and bathroom fixtures, large balconies and 10-foot ceilings. The one and two bedroom apartments range in size from 763 square feet to 1,538 square feet.

Related’s Steven Patterson signed the deed transfer. He could not immediately be reached for comment.
