The CEO of Veeam Software picked up an oceanfront Fisher Island condominium for $11.325 million, Miami-Dade County records show.

Ratmir Timashev bought the 5,600-square-foot ground floor unit at Villa del Mare last week. Warren Schaeffer and Inna Ivanova were the sellers.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom residence includes marble and wood floors, a 2,500-square-foot terrace, a media room, bar and Jacuzzi, according to the listing. Villa del Mare was completed in 1992. Jill Eber of The Jills Coldwell Banker brokered the sale.

The unit last sold for $6.25 million in 2005, Miami-Dade property records show.

Timashev also founded Aelita Software, a Windows Server systems management software, which was later acquired by Quest. Veeam, headquartered in Switzerland, is also a systems management software, according to the company’s website.
