Venezuelan developer Group P6 hired a general contractor for its residential projects in Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach, The Real Deal has learned.

Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania-based Dick Building Company will lead construction for 327 Royal Palm in Boca Raton, and the Elysian and the Fordham in Deerfield Beach, according to a news release.

327 Royal Palm will have 25 luxury units between 3,100 and 3,500 square feet. Prices start at $1.6 million for the luxury condos at 327 East Royal Palm Road in Boca Raton. Construction will be complete during the first quarter of 2017.

The Fordham, a seven-unit development at 51 Southeast 19th Avenue, and the Elysian, a nine-unit building at 1900 Southeast 2nd Street, are 50 percent sold. Prices range start at $509,000 and $469,000, respectively. Units will range from 1,200 square feet to 1,750 square feet. Both are set to break ground this fall and be completed in mid to late 2016.

The contractor, construction manager and design-builder has worked on projects such as the Venetian Las Vegas and the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas, according to the firm’s website.

Group P6 executives are known in Venezuela, where the family has been one of the top developers. Projects there include El Encantado Humboldt, a 1,300-unit apartment project, and Parque Industrial del Este, a 2-million-square-foot industrial development in Caracas.
