Developers released new renderings of the $120 million Gale Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach on Wednesday, designed by Miami Beach-based Urban Robot Associates.
Newgard Development Group, Menin Hospitality and Merrimac Ventures are developing the 128-unit condominium and 96-key hotel. The 12-story waterfront residential tower is more than 50 percent sold, according to a press release.
Units will range from one to three bedrooms and from the low $400,000s to more than $1.2 million. Urban Robot also designed the Kaskade Suites at Gale South Beach. Amenities will include a rooftop sky desk, private lobby, fitness center and spa, concierge service, resort-style pools and access to amenities at the Gale Hotel and at Menin Hospitality’s properties across the country.
The property, at 2900 Riomar Street and 410 Bayshore Drive, will have a rental program as well. Construction will begin this fall, developers said.
