Miami-based Graspa Group’s founder Graziano Sbroggio passed leadership of the group’s soon-to-launch TiramesU in Miami Beach to Valeria Longoni, operating owner, at an event recently.
In Graspa Group’s portfolio are Spris, Segafredo L’Originale, Salumeria 104, Spuntino Catering and Midtown Oyster Bar with locations in Midtown, Miami Beach and downtown Miami.
The new TiramesU will open in the South-of-Fifth neighborhood at 101 Washington Avenue. Longoni, along with executive chef Fabrizio Pintus, launched the new location at a private party at Sbroggio’s home on Wednesday. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
