A more than half-acre property in Coral Gables has traded hands for $6.05 million, Miami-Dade County records show.

AMA Property International Corp. sold the 7,704-square-foot home at 185 Los Pinos Court to Jane Fraser and Alberto Piedra. Fraser is CEO of Citigroup Latin America, which is based in Miami, according to Citi’s website.

The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom estate last sold for $3.8 million in 2010, according to Miami-Dade property records. It was built in 1990 and renovated in 2010, according to the listing. The waterfront property features a pool, dock, marble patio and Raymond Jungles-designed landscaping.

The two-story Cocoplum home also includes an elevator, gym and marble bathroom.

Michael Ortiz of AMA signed the deed transfer. Ortiz is listed as president of the Miami-based company.
