Boca Raton-based Pebb Enterprises sold a Tamarac shopping center for $10.7 million, according to Broward County records.
A Pebb affiliate, University Commons LLC, sold University Commons, a 7.6-acre property at 6702-6805 North University Drive. The buyer is an LLC tied to Herve Barbera. Barbera is executive vice president at Bar Invest Management Services, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Tenants of the 81,704-square-foot shops include Funtastic Centers, All Fish Emporium, The Tire Choice and Pollo Rico Grill.
A CVS/pharmacy is also part of the shopping center but was not included in the sale, records show.
Pebb Enterprises is a real estate investment, development and management company. In its South Florida portfolio are the Boca Corporate Center, Delray Commons, and land in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach, according to Pebb’s website.
BankUnited granted the buyer a $6.96 million mortgage for the Tamarac property.
