The Richman Group of Florida broke ground on Azura, a $47 million luxury apartment community in Kendall, the company announced on Tuesday.

The 240-unit complex, at 12755 Southwest 136th Street, includes eight three-story buildings, courtyards, a resort pool and a two-story 6,683-square-foot clubhouse. It’s slated for completion next summer, according to a press release.

“Azura’s desirable suburban in-fill location within Miami-Dade County is an excellent area to offer new luxury garden apartments,” Todd Fabbri, executive vice president at the Richman Group of Florida, said in a statement.
