PHOTOS: On the scene at Armani/Casa’s brokers party

Dezer Development and the Related Group recently hosted a brokers celebration for their waterfront development, Residences by Armani/Casa.

The residences are the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio’s first entrance into the United States real estate market. The developers said the project has sold more than 60 percent of its planned 308 units. The 60-story waterfront tower, at 18975 Collins Avenue, is expected to be finished in early 2018.

The development team will hold its official groundbreaking this October, according to a press release. Developers will open an $8 million sales gallery later this year, as well. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
