Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4.5 million to nearly $19 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach County had the priciest property and a home in Broward was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A unit at the Apogee South Beach was listed for a whopping $16.5 million. Unit 1004, at 800 South Pointe Drive, features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It also includes a summer kitchen, 2,441-square-foot terrace, and 4,154 square feet of interior space. John Lennon of South Pointe Drive Real Estate is the listing agent.

#2 Unit 39 at the Regalia tower in Sunny Isles Beach features 5,515 square feet of interior space and a 2,100-square-foot wraparound terrace. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom condo, at 19575 Collins Avenue, is one of 39 full-floor units in the building, which was completed last year. It’s on the market for $12.9 million. Miami Legacy Realty’s Irene Margulis is the listing agent.

#3 A waterfront Golden Beach home is now on the market for $9.9 million. The two-story, 7,113-square-foot house at 194 South Island Drive has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms and one half-bath. It’s two stories tall and sits on a 14,025-square-foot lot. The property last sold for $3.15 million in 2009, and it was developed in 2009. Andrei Colston of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

#1 Affinity Architects designed this brand new waterfront home in Boynton Beach. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion at 6125 North Ocean Boulevard was listed for $18.95 million. It spans 12,769-square-feet on a 1-acre lot and includes a pool, Jacuzzi and cabana. Randy Ely of the Corcoran Group is the listing agent.

#2 The waterfront mansion at 237 West Alexander Palm Road in Boca Raton is on the market for $7.95 million. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home includes a summer kitchen, outdoor shower, golf cart, generator, movie theater and clubroom. It last sold in 2011 for $5.3 million. The home was built in 2006. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties is the listing agent.

#3 The home at 222 Ridgeview Drive in Palm Beach was listed for nearly $5.2 million. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom property was built in 2007. It last sold for just more than $3 million in 2012. Jay Dewing of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing for the 3,946-square-foot home.

Broward

#1 Now that this Hillsboro Beach home’s sister lot has been sold, the property has been listed for sale with an asking price of $10.25 million. The home at 925 Hillsboro Mile was built in the 1980s. It’s a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house that’s a little over 4,700 square feet. According to the listing, provided by Sergio Zavadski of K Company Realty, the property is being sold at land value. That’s likely because the home occupies an acre of waterfront land along Broward County’s “Millionaire’s Mile.” The property stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean, and has a combined 220 feet of water frontage on both sides. In June, the neighboring vacant lot at 923 Hillsboro Mile was sold for $10 million to a Michigan-based company. Both properties were owned by Florida’s former foreclosure king, David J. Stern, who is now disbarred.

#2 A modern-styled home in Fort Lauderdale has been put on the market for $5.95 million. Located at 2932 North Atlantic Boulevard, the home sits on beachfront lot that’s sized just under half an acre. The listing calls it a “double size lot” that can be split in two. The home itself is 6,300 square feet and has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half-bath. Listing agent Elizabeth Lender of Keller Williams writes that “the lot alone is worth the asking price.”

#3 This Southwest Ranches mansion is back on the market with a new listing agency, this time for $4.495 million. The home, at 16710 Stratford Court, is contemporary style and has an abundance of space, measuring 13,681 square feet. It comes with a Creston smart home system, a suspended fish tank, upgraded lighting fixtures and a built-in bar. Outside, the home has a cloud-shaped pool and a summer kitchen. It occupies a 2.4-acre lot in the Landmark Ranch Estates neighborhood. Ben Moss of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
