Three companies have signed leases totaling 134,000 square feet at the Miramar Park of Commerce, Sunbeam Properties announced on Tuesday.
Sunbeam developed and owns the property, which is reportedly the largest locally owned and managed business park in South Florida. Sunbeam’s Maridee Bell and Ryan Goggins represented the landlord.
ACME Furniture leased 70,164 square feet of warehouse space in MPC 29-A, 9641-9633 Premier Parkway. The warehouse will double as a distribution facility for the company. Maurice Pardo and Rafael Villamizar of Vertical Strategies represented ACME.
Convey Health Solutions Inc., a health insurance company, leased 51,863 square feet of office space in MPC-12B at 2900 North Commerce Parkway. Ryan Nunes and Scott Allen of CBRE represented Convey.
Finally, Miami Jewish Health Systems leased 12,538 square feet of space to establish its fourth Florida PACE Center, at 2814 Corporate Way. Ken Barber and Phyllis Baker of Trion 1 Ventures Inc. represented the tenant.
The five-million-square-foot office park was built in 1984 and houses more than 170 companies. It’s currently 97 percent leased. – Katherine Kallergis
