Kenneth Krasnow left CBRE and joined Colliers International Group as its executive managing director. Krasnow was previously managing director at CBRE, where he oversaw operations in the company’s South Florida offices, including more than 460 employees and 80 brokerage and capital markets professionals.

“With almost 30 years of acclaimed experience in commercial real estate, Ken brings an exceptional level of on-the-ground market knowledge and is well positioned to support our firm in the South Florida market, Craig Robinson, President | USA, Colliers International, said in a press release.

Colliers recently acquired Miami-based Pointe Group Advisors.

SB Architects promoted Emilio Perez as principal. Perez, previously a vice president at the firm, is joined by Jorey Friedman, now a principal, and David Ser, who was promoted to vice president.

Dave Donnellan was named senior vice president of CBRE’s Fort Lauderdale-based Investment Properties group. Donnellan focuses on the sale of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased investments in southeast Florida.

CBRE also tapped Chris Wood as first vice president. Wood’s experience is in commercial and residential land sales and acquisition; the disposition of corporate facilities and development sites; tenant and buyer representation for office, industrial and medical facilities; state and municipal incentive negotiation; utility rate negotiations; economic impact analyses; and corporate relocation analyses.

A.J. Belt and Clarissa Willis were named senior associates at CBRE. Belt focuses on tenant representation services in the downtown and east Fort Lauderdale office markets. He and his partner Jeff Holding specialize in structuring and negotiating commercial leases and representing sellers and buyers in the disposition/acquisition of owner-user office buildings. Willis, a former educator, has experience with landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions, and land redevelopment services.

Kathryn B. Gillespie was promoted at Sperry Van Ness as a commercial real estate adviser serving the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Gillespie’s experience includes the sale and lease of industrial and office properties. She was previously a transaction manager and marketing coordinator for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty.

One Real Estate Investment hired Edward M. Bond as vice president of investment. Before joining One Real Estate Investment, Bond was an associate at Coral Gables-based Bayview Asset Management, where he evaluated and traded nonperforming and re-performing loans.
