PHOTOS: On the scene at Riva’s broker reception

Riva, a luxury condominium tower along the Middle River in Fort Lauderdale, debuted a new 4,000-square-foot sales center at a reception for brokers last week.

More than 150 real estate brokers attended the event, which included new renderings, floor plans and amenities for Riva, at 1180 North Federal Highway.

When completed, the two-acre waterfront site will include a 15-story, waterfront building with 100 residences. The units will include two-story, three-bedroom penthouses from 5,000 square feet to 7,200 square feet.

Condos will range from $645,000 to more than $1.7 million, with penthouses starting at $2 million. They’ll include private elevator access, contemporary bathrooms with porcelain flooring, gourmet kitchens and outdoor terraces.
