A Palm Beach Gardens-based multifamily firm has sold its Opa-Locka apartment complex for $20.3 million, Miami-Dade County records show.
Creative Choice, a private real estate investment, development and management company, sold a total of 324 units, parking lots and a main office building, according to property records.
The apartments are in three-story buildings along Alexandria Drive and Aswan Road, south of 135th Street.

- 13122 Port Said Road: 144 units
- 13412 Aswan Road: 25 units
- 13436 Aswan Road: 34 units
The Opa-Locka developments were built in 1971, property records show. The last recorded sales price was for $268,700 in 1992.
Glorieta Partners Ltd. was the buyer. Its corporate records list a residential address in Ocean Ridge, a town in Palm Beach County. A mortgage was not recorded.
