Arlington, Virginia-based FD Stonewater has sold the Riviera Beach Border Patrol station for $8.75 million, Palm Beach County records show.

An affiliate of investment advisory firm Boyd Watterson Asset Management acquired the 3.6-acre site at 3301 Lake Shore Drive in Riviera Beach.

U.S. Customs & Border Protection operates in the 39,019-square-foot building. It last sold for $7.2 million in 2012, according to Palm Beach County property records. The single-story building was developed in 2004. It’s across the street from the U.S. Coast Guard, which is on the Intracoastal.

FD Stonewater is an SEC-registered firm. It was recently awarded a $101 million, 20-year lease contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to develop a custom-built FBI Atlanta field office.

A mortgage for the sale was not recorded.
