A company tied to a Morgan Stanley financial adviser hit the market for $13.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The two-story, 5,859-square-foot Venetian Islands home features more than 60 feet of water frontage, marble and glass flooring, a Swarovski chandelier and rainwater shower, Julian Johnston of Calibre International Realty told TRD.
The 12,250-square-foot property, at 1337 North Venetian Way in Miami Beach, was developed in 2007, according to Miami-Dade property records. It has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half-bath. The property, on the northern side of San Marco Island, also features a heated pool, electronically controlled blackout curtains and a guest house.
Developer Avra Jain is among the previous owners of the home. Through an LLC, she paid $1.85 million for the home in 2004, and sold it for $4.1 million in 2011 to its current owner, Casa de Justicia LLC. Kevin M. Flaherty, senior vice president and financial adviser at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, is listed as a manager on the LLC’s corporate records.
