PHOTOS: On the scene at SunTrust International Center’s relaunch

Crocker Partners celebrated the re-launch of its SunTrust International Center last week following a $15 million renovation.

The SunTrust tower, originally built in 1973, now features a redesigned lobby, updated elevators and common area corridors. The renovations also included 20,000 square feet of Class A office suites, a 4,000-square-foot Bayview Sky Terrace, a gym and a conference facility, according to a press release.

Angelo Bianco, partner of Crocker Partners; John Osborne, Crocker Partners’ vice president; “Million Dollar Listing Miami” star Sam DeBianchi; and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mother, Janice Combs were among the party’s attendees.

New tenants to the building include Adstream America, HBA Architects, Cogent Communications, Bressler Amery & Ross, Q-nomy, and the Italian Trade Commission.

The 31-story building, at 1 Southeast Third Avenue, has 420,857 square feet of office space and 1,415 parking spaces. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
