The Langford Hotel, developed by Stambul and managed by Trust Hospitality, tapped Debra Klemm as its director of sales and marketing. Klemm owned her own hospitality company, DLK Hospitality and Consulting. She’s also worked at the Delano, Shore Club, the Raleigh and the Standard.

Marcus & Millichap promoted David M. Greenberg and Barry M. Wolfe to first vice presidents of investments. Greenberg is a hospitality specialist and Wolfe is a retail and net-lease specialist. Both are based in Fort Lauderdale and were previously vice presidents of investments.

Brickell City Centre made two hires: Alfredo Ferrer, a former U.S. Coast Guard officer, and George Sosa, a former U.S. Navy intelligence specialist, were hired as a security director and property manager, respectively.

Douglas Elliman hired Sonia Toth and Keith Marks as directors of luxury real estate at Douglas Elliman. Both work in the South-of-Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach and have more than $56 million of luxury properties.

Compass hired Farid Moussallem as its director of international sales for South Florida. Moussallem was a top producer at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker. He’s fluent in English, Spanish, French and Arabic. — Katherine Kallergis
