Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert has just announced the opening of its second Miami Beach office in a ground-floor space at the Continuum South Beach.
The brokerage firm, which was formed in June when Brown Harris Stevens acquired Zilbert International Realty, will split off 12 of its agents for the new space. It’s located at the corner of Ocean Drive and South Pointe Drive.
The office will have enough desks for 25 agents, leaving room to expand down the line, according to a news release.
Some of the firm’s top agents will spearhead the new location: Jeff Miller, for instance, represented hedge funder Kenneth Griffin during his record-breaking purchase of the $60 million penthouse at Faena House.
Other agents making the move include: Giorgio Vecchi, Dario Stoka, Lisa Van Wagenen, Juan Alvarez, Luis Felipe Vieira de Souza and Diana Carulla.
The interiors of Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert’s new offices were designed by Steven G., a well known South Florida interior design firm. In addition to their new digs, agents will have access to custom electronics and media systems, according to the release.
“We are thrilled to be able to deliver a state-of-the-art work environment to our agents,” Mark Zilbert, president of Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert, said in the release.
The firm’s other Miami Beach office is in the shopping center at 1129 Fifth Street in Miami Beach.
