SoFi House, a luxury townhome project in South Beach, launched sales on Wednesday.

The four-unit project, at 234 Washington Avenue, is being designed by Wynwood-based Berenblum Busch Architecture. Three four-story townhouses will span 2,600 square feet, while the fourth will have 2,450 square feet and will frame a preserved and renovated 1920s wooden bungalow, according to a press release.

SoFi House will be located on the west side of Washington Avenue, south of Fifth Street. One Realty Capital is the developer. Ann Nortmann and John Sandberg of the Sandberg Nortmann Group at Douglas Elliman Real Estate are the listing agents.

Residences include two covered parking spaces, Poggenpohl cabinetry, Miele and Sub Zero appliances, imported marble, and Waterworks and Ornare fittings, according to a press release. Units will also include white oak floors, a custom walnut wall, and rooftop gardens and pools.

Prices range from nearly $3 million for about $3.6 million. One Realty Capital is following a 40 percent deposit structure, according to marketing materials. The project is slated for completion during the first quarter of 2017. – Katherine Kallergis
