Home builder D.R. Horton has begun marketing a limited number of lots at a gated residential development in south Fort Myers called Creekside Preserve, located between Mullock Creek and the Estero Bay Nature Preserve.

Several new amenities for Creekside residents opened this year, including a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, bocce court and social room.

D.R. Horton unveiled two carriage home plans for Creekside starting at $200,990. D.R. Horton has two model homes at Creekside. Each carriage home in Creekside is an end corner unit.

The Capri plan provides 1,402 square feet of living space and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and a one-car garage.

By comparison, the 1,661-square-foot Ravello plan has one additional bedroom and a wide-open design for the living space.

Both plans have a large family room that opens up to a lanai and connects to the kitchen and adjoining café space.

Creekside Preserve is near shopping, dining, and entertainment centers including Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Coast Town Center, and the historic River District of Fort Myers. The development is a short drive to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
