Commercial Real Estate Women Miami held its annual fundraising event in October in downtown Miami.

The networker, at the AIA Center for Architecture & Design, featured a silent auction and photo booth. More than 250 commercial real estate executives and industry insiders attended the event, including the organization’s president, Marti Mang, incoming president Cristina Lunpkin and Carol Ellis-Cutler, first vice president at CBRE.

CREW Miami was founded in 1987 and has nearly 200 members. The organization holds networkers, panels and other events. In August, it hosted a luncheon covering investment and development in Coral Gables. That event featured a panel discussion with developers, local government officials and business owners.

Last year, Hillary Clinton was the keynote speaker at CREW’s annual Network Convention & Marketplace at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. More than 1,200 attendees packed the hotel’s ballroom for Clinton’s speech, setting a record for the industry group. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
