A 1930’s-era bayfront mansion in Mid-Miami Beach was just listed for $22 million, more than double the price a Miami porn mogul sold it for last year.
The home, located at 4750 North Bay Road, is an all-white Italian villa with arched doorways and windows, a vine-covered patio and a pool courtyard with 100 feet of water frontage.
Arguably its most impressive feature is a three-story turret: a spiral staircase, complete with a crystal chandelier hanging in the middle, leads up to the turret’s top deck with 360-degree views.
Nelson Gonzalez, an agent with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell, has the listing.
Property records show the home measures 6,785 square feet and occupies a 20,000-square-foot lot. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.
Records indicate the owner is a company named Virginia Bright LLC, which is managed by the law firm Isriel Ponzolli & Simpson. The home’s true owner is unknown.
Virginia Bright LLC purchased the home in March 2014 from Kristopher B. Hinson, better known as the co-founder of porn site bangbus.com. That sale was for $10.5 million, which equates to $1,548 per square foot. Its newest asking price is a whopping $3,242 per square foot.
The porn entrepreneur apparently isn’t giving up the North Bay Road lifestyle, though: property records list him as the owner of 5790 North Bay Road, a mega-mansion that used to belong to the late Bee Gee performer Robin Gibb.
