Home builder D.R. Horton opened the final phase of homes for sale at a gated residential development in Naples called Mockingbird Crossings.

The home builder said in a press release it is offering public tours of an existing model home and several homes at Mockingbird Crossings “that are available for quick move-in.”

Prices start at $513,990 for eight finished homes at the Mockingbird Crossings that range in size from 2,583 square feet to 5,350 square feet. They have three to five bedrooms, three to six and one-half baths, and a two-car, three-car or four-car garage.

By year-end, the Southwest Florida division of D.R. Horton expects to finish construction of a second model home at Mockingbird Crossings: the two-story Danbury model with 3,946 square feet of living space, including a den, loft and large game room that could also serve as a personal fitness space.

Mockingbird Crossings is located in the north Naples shopping and dining district off Collier Boulevard and Immokalee Road.
