PHOTOS: On the scene at Echo Brickell’s art reveal

Property Markets Group hosted a private art exhibit as its sales gallery for Echo Brickell during Art Miami Week.

PMG and JDS Development showcased sales gallery artist Javier Martin’s latest collection at the gallery, which is at the Four Seasons Hotel Brickell. Echo Brickell, at 1451 Brickell Avenue, will be a 180-unit condo tower. It’s slated for completion in the spring of 2017, according to a project fact sheet. It will include an infinity-edge pool, a 4,000-square-foot fitness center and spa, resort-style poolside food and beverage services and a fully automated parking system.

Echo Brickell includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom condos. Architect Carlos Ott collaborated with YOO Studio Design on the condominium, which started construction last fall. Developers scored $124 million in construction financing in October 2014. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
