Townhome projects selling in Juno Beach, Jupiter

Townhomes at Ocean Breeze, Tierra del Sol and Villa Diamante priced from $475K to $960K

Sales are under way three new townhome developments in northeastern Palm Beach County.

Ocean Breeze is a 24-unit townhome development with prices starting at $639,500.

Sue Messenger, a sales agent for Ocean Breeze, told the Palm Beach Post that buyers have committed to purchases of four of the 24 townhomes at Ocean Breeze.

Ocean Breeze features Key West-style architecture. The development is west of U.S. 1 south of Marcinski Road, within walking distance of the Juno Beach Pier. The developer is Larry Wright.

Tierra del Sol is a 12-unit townhome community in Juno  Beach near Ocean Breeze. According to Realtor Bill Mate, the developer has sold seven of the 12 units. Prices start at $960,000.

The Mediterranean-style townhomes at Tierra del Sol are near the Jupiter Ridge Natural Area and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Farther north, in Jupiter, half of the 20 townhomes have been sold at Villa Diamante. Prices start at about $475,900.Villa Diamante is located on Old Jupiter Road just north of Indiantown Road. [Palm Beach Post] — Mike Seemuth
