The Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum held an event on new developments in downtown Boca Raton at the Tower 155 sales gallery.

More than 75 Master Brokers attended the event, which included a presentation about the 170-unit luxury condominium. Tower 155 will be adjacent to Mizner Park in the city’s downtown area. It is being developed by Compson Associates, which also built the mixed-use Renaissance Commons in Boca Raton.

City of Boca Raton council member Scott Singer discussed enhancements to the downtown area, special events and marketing initiatives, redevelopment plans, and a range of residential, commercial, hotel and retail projects in the pipeline. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
