Real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers opened its 24th Florida location in Madeira Beach, a community near St. Petersburg along the Gulf of Mexico.
There the firm formerly known as Vicinity Realty now operates as Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach. The new Engel & Völkers outpost in Madeira Beach is owned and managed by Cherie Pattishall, license partner and broker, and Michael Wyckoff, managing broker.
Pattishall and Wyckoff had been selling Maderia Beach real estate under the Vicinity Realty name since 1997. Wyckoff has lived in Madeira Beach for the last 35 years. Pattishall has worked in Madeira Beach for 20 years.
Their office shop at 14225 Gulf Boulevard in Madeira Beach officially began operating December 1 as Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach.
“The Madeira Beach market is in a continuing growth mode, with redevelopment taking place all around,” Wyckoff said in a prepared statement. “Values are continuing to rise at a steady rate as the Gulf Beaches continue to represent a bargain when compared to other Florida markets. … Canadian and European visitors continue to find our area quite attractive.”
