Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach unveiled its penthouse collection at a recent invitation-only soiree at the oceanfront tower’s neighboring Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.
The 18-story tower’s penthouse collection consists of three remaining two-story duplex residences ranging in price from $4.5 million to $9 million. The penthouses, which encompass nearly 12,000 square feet of indoor and exterior living space, can be customized from four to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half to six-and-a-half bathrooms, according to developer Daniel Kodsi.
The residences will feature private rooftop terraces up to nearly 4,300 square feet. The penthouses will also have a private plunge pool, summer kitchen and fire pit.
