Ryan Serhant of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” is the exclusive listing agent for a penthouse at Aria on the Bay, which is under construction in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.
Serhant partnered with Cervera senior sales executive John Parsiani to sell the three-story penthouse for $12.995 million, or $1,355 per square foot. The New York-based broker and reality TV star is listing the 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom unit along with Johnny Mansilla of Nest Seekers International, Serhant announced on Instagram earlier this week. The penthouse suite, a combination of two units, will span 9,562 square feet of interior space and 6,632 square feet of exterior space, according to the listing.
The 648-unit condominium was designed by Arquitectonica and is slated for completion in late 2017.
Serhant’s listing includes a wraparound balcony, open floor plan, a private entrance for the master suite, marble bathroom with a walk-in shower, ItalKraft cabinets and Bosch appliances. At The Real Deal South Florida’s Showcase & Forum in October, Serhant said he was working on several big listings, including Muse, Echo Brickell and Aria on the Bay.
“There’s such opportunity for development in Miami, and that’s what I like,” Serhant told TRD at the time. “I don’t even think Miami has seen an inch of what it can really be.”
The 53-story tower, at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, marked a sales milestone in October when it reached 50 percent under contract. A spokesperson said those buyers are primarily from South America and the United States, as well as China, Austria, France and India. Melo closed on $95 million in construction financing for Aria on the Bay in the fall.
Cervera Real Estate is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing brokerage. Amenities will include a 14th floor amenity deck, four swimming pools, fire pits, outdoor summer kitchens, a spa, gym, yoga studio and theater, according to the press release. It will also feature 20,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground and lower floors. – Katherine Kallergis
