A panel at the Riva sales gallery in Fort Lauderdale this week highlighted the state of the preconstruction market in South Florida.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty hosted the event, which included speakers Fernando de Nuñez, executive vice president; Premier Developers principal Bradley Deckelbaum; attorney Tony Martinez; and broker Tom Neiswenter.

Riva, a luxury condominium tower along the Middle River in Fort Lauderdale, will include a 15-story, waterfront building with 100 residences. The units will include two-story, three-bedroom penthouses from 5,000 square feet to 7,200 square feet. Condos will range from $645,000 to more than $1.7 million, with penthouses starting at $2 million. They’ll include private elevator access, contemporary bathrooms with porcelain flooring, gourmet kitchens and outdoor terraces.
