Gil Dezer and Jorge Perez celebrated their newly built sales center for Armani/Casa, a luxury residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, with an over-the-top launch party last week.

The $10 million sales gallery spans 8,500 square feet and includes a model area with a scale replica, a media area and a design gallery. At the center is a model unit of penthouse unit A, decked out with onyx and white gold leaf materials. The 56-story, 308-unit tower has been designed by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and marks the studio’s first venture into U.S. real estate,

Related Group and Dezer Development expect to break ground on the tower within the next month, with a completion date slated for 2018. According to data from the latest ISG report, 60 percent of the building’s units have been sold so far. Located at 18325 Collins Avenue, Armani/Casa will boast amenities like an upscale restaurant, cigar room, fitness center with ocean views and a two-story spa that offers treatment indoor and outdoor treatments. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
