PHOTOS: On the scene at broker launch for Laguna House

Roger Development Group and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty held a broker launch for Laguna House, a planned boutique luxury condo in Coral Gables.

The 10-story, 13-unit project will be at the Shops at Merrick Park at 4220 Laguna Street. Oscar Roger, the company’s president and CEO, previously said the condos are aimed at local homeowners who want to switch to low-rise condo living. Units will range from 3,000 square feet to 6,250 square feet, with prices ranging from $1.5 million to $3.2 million for the penthouse.

The first two and a half floors of the building will be for parking, then six floors with two units per floor, topped by a full-floor penthouse on the 10th floor. Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s is the exclusive agent. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
