Palm Beach County’s top 15 office tenants occupy a total of more than 3 million square feet — with Florida Power & Light topping the list with its nearly 900,000-square-foot Juno Beach headquarters, according to The Real Deal‘s analysis of CoStar Group data.
Other company headquarters, such as those of Office Depot, Oce North America, ADT Corp., SBA Communications Corp. and Sunbeam Products are also among the county’s largest tenants, as is the National Council on Compensation Insurance.
Scripps Research Institute also ranks high as a major tenant in Palm Beach County, along with health-related entities Conifer Health Solutions and GE HeathCare, CoStar’s data shows.
The final tier of the top 15 tenants includes Palm Beach County, TBC Corp., Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Federal Bank & Trust.
