PHOTOS: On the scene at Cranes for Kids

Property Markets Group and Howard Chase Real Estate hosted a charity event at Echo Brickell‘s sales gallery to promote a new initiative.

The initiative, Cranes for Kids, is targeted toward brokers who can earn donations for their nonprofit of choice based on penthouse sales at all PMG projects. The New York-based developer will also make donations ranging from $50,000 to $200,000 to Miami Children’s Health Foundation, the fundraising arm of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

PMG is developing Echo Brickell along with JDS Development. The 180-unit tower includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom condos. Architect Carlos Ott collaborated with YOO Studio Design on the project. PMG recently delivered Echo Aventura. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
