Pipeline opens shared-office location in Doral

Pipeline Workspaces last week opened its fourth shared-office location in Doral.

The space is a full floor spanning 14,000 square feet at the Doral Concourse office building, 8400 Northwest 36 Street.

The location is near the site of CityPlace Doral, a mixed-use development where the tenant mix will include a Fresh Market grocery store, a movie theater, a bowling alley and several restaurants.

Prices for private offices at Pipeline’s Doral location range upward from $649 a month. Common areas include a café and living room, phone booths, conference rooms and a music room.

“At Pipeline Doral, our goal is to create an office and social network that brings people together to learn from each other in ways that traditional office settings don’t allow and develop meaningful business connections,” Pipeline co-founder Philippe Houdard said in a prepared statement.

Pipeline also has shared-office locations in Miami, Coral Gables and Philadelphia.
