The fully wired smart home, built in 2009, features Italian marble floors, custom doors and ceilings and a theater, as well as an outdoor kitchen, wet bar, and saltwater pool, according to the listing.

The sellers are Yizhak and Liat Toledano, Broward County property records show. The couple had purchased two lots for $2.4 million in 2002, combined them and built the current home, according to a Douglas Elliman spokesperson. The home now sits on a 31,744-square-foot lot.

In 2008, Toledano started a $300 million fund in Miami, Sky Development, to focus on buying distressed properties around the United States. As CEO, Toledano planned to target office buildings, shopping malls and centers, condo conversions, hotels and apartment rentals. Ina Cordle
