Developers Plaza Group and DevStar Group finished the first half of their Marina Palms condo project in North Miami Beach late last year. Now, the two have released time-lapse footage of construction work on the first 25-story tower.
The twin-tower project is slated to bring 468 residential units to the rapidly redeveloping neighborhood. In November, at the time of the first building’s completion, Marina Palms was about 80 percent sold out.
It’s located on a waterfront site at the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 172nd Street. The developers closed on $82 million in construction financing for the second tower in early 2015.
Marina Palms’ signature amenity is its yacht club, which will feature 112 boat slips for vessels up to 100 feet in length as well as a fueling station. Units at the development come in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations along with a selection of penthouses. Additional amenities include butler service, an infinity-edge pool, gym, spa, news cafe and lounges for both children and teenagers. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
